They had to come back, not their fault, definitely was my fault. The next morning they extended the platform and the down ramp that was safer for me to get in and out of my house. Everyone treated me with dignity and respect. Nobody was mad that they had to come back. Guy told me “we will make this right”. We all figured out what needed to be done and those guys made it right! I thank you for the patience you had with me! Highly recommend All American Ramp rentals. So if you ever find yourself in need of a ramp, make them your first choice. Pricing was also reasonable.     I have needed a ramp installed at my daughter’s house while I was staying with her and then removed it and have one installed at my house. Everyone is courteous and helpful. The ramps are well installed and I always felt safe using them. My son in law was impressed with the ramp removal because they put the iron handrail back up on the front porch. I have had the ramp at my house removed and I hope I never need one again but I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a temporary ramp.
